CQB magnetic drive pump is composed of motor, magnetic coupling and corrosion-resistant pump body. Its main feature is the use of magnetic coupling to transmit power without leakage at all. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic line of force acts on the inner magnetic steel through the gap and the spacer sleeve, so that the pump rotor and the motor rotate synchronously. , to transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, there is no leakage at all because the liquid is sealed in the stationary spacer sleeve and there is no dynamic seal.

IH series stainless steel chemical pumps are mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, intermediate bracket, sealing parts and suspension parts. The pump body and pump cover constitute the working chamber of the pump, the oil inlet is horizontal to the pump body, and the outlet is vertical upward. Its advantage is easy maintenance. There is no need to disassemble the pump body, pipeline and motor, just remove the intermediate connecting piece of the extended coupling, and then the rotor can be taken out for maintenance.
