SH type pump is a single-stage, double-suction, centrifugal pump with a center-opening pump casing, used for pumping clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to hand water.
When the head of this type of pump is 9 meters to 140 meters, the flow rate is 126 m³/h to 12500 m³/h. The maximum temperature of the liquid shall not exceed 80°C. It is suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply, power stations, large water conservancy projects, and farmland irrigation. It is used for drainage and waterlogging. The 48SH-22 large-scale pump can also be used as a circulation pump for thermal power stations.

The I IS type pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, designed in accordance with the international standard ISO2858. It is an updated product of the BA type water pump. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, and can also be used for agricultural drainage and irrigation. For conveying clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, the temperature does not exceed 80°C.

The temperature of the medium transported by the D-type pump is not greater than 80°. It is suitable for mine drainage, factories, urban water supply and other occasions.
The temperature of the medium transported by the DG pump is not greater than 105°. It is suitable for small boiler feed water pumps or similar hot water transportation.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions

1. Before starting up, carefully check whether the electric pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage and installation, and whether the fasteners are loose or fall off.
2. Check the cable for damage or breaks. If it is damaged in any way, it will need to be replaced to avoid leaks.
3. Check whether the power supply device is safe and reliable, and the rated voltage must be consistent with the nameplate.
4. Under normal working conditions, after the electric pump has been working for one year, it should be maintained, the wearing parts should be replaced, the fastening state should be checked, and the bearing grease and mechanical oil should be filled. Check the refill or replace chamber to make sure the pump is in good condition.
