S, SH Double Suction Centrifugal Pump

The S, SH Double Suction series is a single-stage, double-suction, high-center pump with a central opening in the pump casing. It is used for sucking and transporting clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.

When the head of this type of pump is 9 meters to 140 meters, the flow rate is 126 meters / hour to 12500 meters / hour. The maximum temperature of the liquid should not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. It is suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply, power stations, large water conservancy projects, etc. It is used for farmland irrigation and drainage, etc. The 43SF1-22 large pump can also be used as a circulation pump for thermal power stations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

End suction pump working conditions:

1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6MPa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa, please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be specified separately when ordering, so that the flow-through part and connecting part of the pump are made of cast steel.

2. Ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm. Note: If the medium used has fine particles, please specify when ordering, so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
